WOWZAAA Sidra! Way to go!
I did a WOD with Motorcity Crossfit today (www.motorcitycrossfit.com) that was in honor of a local police officer who was killed in the line of duty last year on this date. We did 3 rounds for time of 12 thrusters 75lbs (women), 28 pull up (assisted with light band- less than MPH red- it was an old very worn band). I finished first at 12:06. The group was really small, but warm and welcoming. I plan on going back tomorrow. The best thing was after the WOD, I had time to have the coach teach me how to climb their rope! It was so much fun. I’m planning on working on that some more tomorrow.
