    As we are are about to embark onto Memorial Day Weekend let me say, as fashion ambassador to MPH, that it is now officially acceptable to wear all white to future WODs until Labor Day. I will start on Tuesday. I will don a most fashionable white-out that will shake the very core of Crossfit style. Join me if you wish. And hope that it is not a running WOD involving P St.

    for the marathon peeps in the house, great article from Crossfit journal on some folks who did crossfit endurance and then ran Boston, a marathon that utterly smacked me down and made me not want to run again. with Pose and CrossfitMPH, I may revisit that decision
