      Barbell class should do this wod as conditioning at end of session…also 10 minute amrap high knees 🙂

        I think this as a conditioning finisher would have taken me most of the two hour session.

    ABC’s Nightline did a report on the “caveman diet” a few days ago. Robb Wolff is interviewed. He is also served giant pieces of steak.

    I think my time and Dave O.’s time are mixed up – he finished ahead of me.

    My son and I were exploring some music after workout and while he is small I was thinking that it is about time to introduce him to the real deal. And I realized than in 6 months not once did I hear the greatest band of all:
