Beginning Saturday, February 26, we will host the weekly 2012 Reebok CrossFit Games Open workout for our competitors every Saturday at 1p through March 24. (from San Francisco!), Joe S., Brian T. and Matthew W., as they attempt to qualify our affiliate team for the Mid-Atlantic Regional Final (May 4-6)!
This week’s Open workout (12.1) is:
as many repetitions as possible in seven minutes:
*You must jump to a 6″ target above maximum standing reach.
With a continuously running clock complete one hand-release pushup the first minute, two box jumps to a 24″ platform the second minute, three hand-release pushups the third minute, four box jumps the fourth minute, etc.—continuing as long as you are able.
Use as many sets each minute as needed.
This workout is scored by the number of minutes, total hand release pushups and box jumps completed.
