    OTB Crossfit Training Valley, Gibsonville, NC (basically Burlington):

    5 rounds for time of: -Bench Press 5 reps -Power Clean 5 reps – 3:08 (115lb)

    then, 50 Burpees for time – 3:45 (approx)

    27x dead lifts @ 185lbs

    30x overhead lunge @ 45lbs

    Every minute on the minute must complete 1 burpee
