MPH will host a viewing party and (paleo) potluck today, Saturday, July 27 for the 2013 Reebok CrossFit Games, from 2p–5p in the upstairs space. This time coincides with the clean and jerk ladder event, with the ladies’ division beginning at 245p EDT. The complete Games schedule can be found here.

Complete 20 intervals of 40 seconds of work followed by 20 seconds of rest where the first five intervals are swings @ 55/35-lbs., the second five intervals are single-arm snatches, the third five intervals are lateral burpees, and finally, the last five intervals are calories rowed on the ergometer. There is no rest between exercises.
This workout is scored by the total repetitions completed from all 20 intervals.
