Workout #1: “Double D’s
as many rounds as possible in nine minutes:
1x deadlift @ 205/135-lbs.
25x double under
2x deadlift
25x double under
3x deadlift
25x double under
4x deadlift
25x double under
5x deadlift
25x double under…

Continue adding an additional deadlift each round.

Workout #2: “Partner Cindy
In teams of two, for 20 minutes, complete as many rounds as possible:
5x pull-up
10x pushup
15x squat

*Partner one completes all odd rounds. Partner two completes all even rounds.
