Max Pull-ups:
Male Average: 65.036 reps
Female Average: 65.050 reps
Winner: WOMEN

Max Pushups:
Male Average: 57.732 reps
Female Average: 49.500 reps
Winner: MEN

Barbell Weight Lifted:
Male Average: 110.761-lbs.
Female Average (adjusted with 1.33 multiplier): 111.460-lbs.
Winner: WOMEN

OVERALL WINNER: WOMEN

Scoring Notes:
1. Winner was determined as best out of three categories (pull-up, pushup, barbell load lifted).
2. Each scaled pull-up or pushup rep counted as exactly 2/3x of a rep of a regular pull-up or pushup.
3. Barbell movements that were subbed were thrown out of calculations.
4. Women received a 1.33x multiplier adjustment for barbell weight.
5. If reps were not completed on the barbell work, 1.58% of that person's barbell weight was deducted per rep not completed. There were 63 barbell repetitions within the workout, so each rep had a weight of 1.58% of the total weight that could possibly be lifted.
6. Changes to barbell loading were scored as the lower loading, only. If the barbell changed loading mid-way through the workout, missed reps (see note #5) at that higher loading were not counted as deductions to that individual score.
7. Scoring was calculated as the average woman and man in each category. There were 56 participating men, and 20 participating women. In the barbell category, due to note #3, there were 53 participating men and 18 participating women.
8. Because of note #7, each woman's score was nearly 3x more powerful than each man's score with respect to altering average scoring outcomes.
9. Please see Excel doc for computations (located on private MPH Facebook group).
