*Every two minutes, complete 12x lunge jump (alternating, total).

There are two (logistical) options for Sunday.

  • Option 1: meet Coach Matt at MPH and run to the track. He will leave at 10:10. Arrive early if you plan to run with him—it is a little more than one mile. We anticipate about 15 minutes at a nice, casual pace.
  • Option 2: meet Coach Matt the track.

Class will begin at 10:30 sharp!
