15x devil’s press –or– 15x (burpee + 2 max vertical jump)

9x devil’s press –or– 9x (burpee burpee + 2 max vertical jump)
18x walking lunge

then, Tabata Burpee

One tabata cycle is eight intervals of: 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest.
