Free Workout!
  • Come to a Free Workout every Saturday at 12p—this is your best chance to see what MPH is all about! No prior exercise experience is necessary, as these workouts, like all CrossFit workouts, can be scaled to accommodate any fitness level and all ages. Our coaching and results are proven. Register here!
  • If you have any trouble making a Saturday workout, contact us directly and we will find the most convenient way to get you started, including scheduling an introductory workout session.

Introductory Courses

On-Ramp: CrossFit + Olympic Lifting
  • New to CrossFit or Olympic lifting, or just looking for a technical refresher in your foundational movements or Olympic lifts?
  • Learn proper, safe mechanics of squats, presses and deadlifts, for both Olympic lifts, for basic gymnastics movements, and rowing.
  • Attend six, one-hour small-group sessions over the course of two weeks. The next course begins on Friday, July 14, 2017.
On-Ramp PLUS: 1-Month Membership
  • Includes EVERYTHING from On-Ramp: CrossFit + Olympic Lifting, plus an additional two and a half weeks of regular unlimited classes.
  • One-on-one meeting with a coach to discuss goals and nutrition. The next course begins on Friday, July 14, 2017.
On-Ramp PRO: 6-Month Membership
  • Includes EVERYTHING from On-Ramp PLUS.
  • Plus an additional five and a half months of regular unlimited classes at a discounted rate. The next course begins on Friday, July 14, 2017.

Regular Classes
  • All classes are one hour long and consist of directed warm-up and movement preparation, skill development and practice, and finally, the workout itself. All of our workouts are infinitely scalable and adaptable (i.e. adjustments to exercises, weights, repetitions and distance) to accommodate any individual wishing to improve their health and fitness—everyone can participate.
  • We place the highest emphasis on proper, efficient movement and mechanics, all to ensure your confidence, safety and results.

Competitor’s Track
  • Interested in taking your training for the next level? We offer customized programming and coaching for athletes pursuing any level of CrossFit or weightlifting competition.
  • Add additional targeted work to addresses weaknesses in any modality (weightlifting/gymnastics/monostructural cardio) or time domain.
