Our On Ramp program is how most people without previous CrossFit experience begin at our gym. On Ramp includes:
- Two to four personal training sessions that are tailored to your individual level. Each personal session includes a warm-up and then instruction on the building blocks of CrossFit.
- You will learn:
- Squats, presses, deadlifts
- Olympic lifts: clean and jerk, snatch
- Gymnastics movements, rowing, jump rope, pulling movements (like pull-ups, rings, and rope climbs)
- Two weeks of unlimited classes at the completion of the one-on-one sessions.
