Getting Started At MPH

Our On Ramp program is how most people without previous CrossFit experience begin at our gym. On Ramp includes:

  • Two to four personal training sessions that are tailored to your individual level. Each personal¬†session includes a warm-up and then instruction on the building blocks of CrossFit.¬†
  • You will learn:
    • Squats, presses, deadlifts
    • Olympic lifts: clean and jerk, snatch
    • Gymnastics movements, rowing, jump rope, pulling movements (like pull-ups, rings, and rope climbs)
  • Two weeks of unlimited classes at the completion of the one-on-one sessions.
