Our Classes

Sunday

  • Aerobic Conditioning WODThis class focuses on aerobic and body weight movements, with a particular emphasis on running. We encourage you to come to this class if you would like to work on your cardiovascular endurance. Once every few classes, the class will warm-up with a run to Banneker track, and will complete the session there. *While we always work hard to provide appropriate movement modifications and scaling, this class may not be suited for someone that has an injury that precludes him/her from running. If you currently have an injury, please check in with Coach Matt, Coach Melody or Coach Rebekka before attending this class. runs from 10:30 am to 11:30 am.

  • Essentials Workout of the DayThis class includes CrossFit movements and MPH's signature coaching style; however, the pace of the class is slower than our typical Workout of the Day, and while we can always scale up, the baseline level is lower than our regular Workout of the Day, as well. runs from 9:15 am to 10:00 am.
