  • Recovery YogaRecovery Yoga is intended as an active recovery class for CrossFit athletes. Yoga has been shown to increase strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, body awareness, focus and mental clarity. All of these benefits make yoga an excellent complement to a CrossFit athlete’s health and fitness regimen. Recovery Yoga classes are designed and taught by a CrossFit athlete who understands the importance of carefully increasing mobility and aiding overall recovery of the body and mind. Close attention is paid to proper alignment in every posture to ensure each athlete's safety. Emphasis is also placed on proper breathing technique, which allows an athlete to experience the yoga practice more deeply. Classes are accessible to all athletes, from experienced yogis to those with no prior yoga experience. runs from 8:00 pm to 8:45 pm.

  • Essentials Workout of the DayThis class includes CrossFit movements and MPH's signature coaching style; however, the pace of the class is slower than our typical Workout of the Day, and while we can always scale up, the baseline level is lower than our regular Workout of the Day, as well. runs from 9:15 am to 10:00 am.

Most of our memberships include unlimited weekly group classes instructed by our world-class coaches. If you are a student or active military, we offer a 10% discount on all regular memberships.

Personal Training
If you would prefer individual coaching to the group environment, or have specific training issues that would be better addressed in an individual session, then personal training is the right option for you. To access this service, you do not need a group training membership.
