Sunday

  • Aerobic Conditioning WODThis class focuses on aerobic and body weight movements, with a particular emphasis on running. We encourage you to come to this class if you would like to work on your cardiovascular endurance. Once every few classes, the class will warm-up with a run to Banneker track, and will complete the session there. *While we always work hard to provide appropriate movement modifications and scaling, this class may not be suited for someone that has an injury that precludes him/her from running. If you currently have an injury, please check in with Coach Matt, Coach Melody or Coach Rebekka before attending this class. runs from 8:30 am to 9:30 am.

Personal Training
If you would prefer individual coaching to the group environment, or have specific training issues that would be better addressed in an individual session, then personal training is the right option for you. To access this service, you do not need a group training membership.
