MPH Rowing

Tired of missing a rowing PR by a few seconds? Looking to improve your rowing endurance? Want to give yourself an advantage in rowing workouts by gaining greater efficiency?

WHO – Open to MPH members only! This course is taught by John Petersen.

WHAT – Six-week course will assist athletes in building skills for efficiency on the rower, including technique and mindset elements that will translate to a faster 1km score. This class is meant to be completed in conjunction with the regular Workout of the Day.
