    Team,

    Standard pushup rules apply today with one additional requirement: you may not “rest” on the floor. All pushup repetitions must be completed in a touch-and-go manner off the deck. You may rest in the plank position with your hips parallel to the floor (no upside-down v’s) in order to increase your score. If you rest on the floor or if your hips come up, the round ends.
