Joe just reset his front squat record today with a 250-lb. effort, and he made it look easy. This is only his second time front squatting—ever.
Congratulations, Joe.

If there is still some question about why we lobby as vigorously and seriously as we do for proper nutrition and exercise prescription, this should help answer it. Unfortunately, we are fighting an unfair fight in which we are far outnumbered—but we’ll take this underdog role any day.
We hope this woman has planned to pay the (future) medical bills for those who are following her terrible advice.
