    Coach: I did not see any barbell in the hotel Gym, (just if I can go tomorrow) Should I use dumbbells? And, of course, can I do this WOD or should I have a sub? Sorry, this travel was not planned!

      Roselena,

      Your overhead squat is one of the best we’ve seen—if you’re comfortable using dumbbells, go for it. However, I know your hip has been bothering you, so when Melody gets in, I’ll have her answer you too.
