How much weight on the SDHP? I am psyched…I think I can actually make this one work in the hotel gym!

It’s the same for both loaded movements—55 lbs. is the men’s prescribed weight for the snatch and SDHP. If there is no change in weight selection between movements, we usually just list it once.
