    Dang folks, I got winded just reading that WOD.

    Gym-less workout:

    100 Burpees for time: 8:16
    Ran 400m b4 and after.

    Today we did:

    seven rounds for time:
    5x squat
    5x pushup
    5x squat
    5x jump and reach
    5x burpee
