    Sean,

The gym is back together, and B-kay and I are leaving now (Mel left a long time ago—we didn’t leave her behind, or anything). Everything is how it should be, and MPH will be open at 9a. Thank you again for offering to help us.

Fortunately, Neil was walking his dog and we were able to rope him into helping us clean and move the weights back for an hour or so. Thank you so much, Neil.

I left my shoes in your upstairs. Will you save them for me for Monday? John, of course if you’d like to borrow their hot pink awesomeness ’til then, feel free.

Coaches – thanks for holding the workouts in the midst of our little blizzard!

Also put me down for 20 minutes of snow shovelling – two rounds from the looks of it.

Coaches you all rock. Thank you for being open and making it happen for the 9am classe. It says a lot about how we feel about CrossFit MPH that we all wanted to turn out in this weather.

Here in WV the WOD was:

1.3 mile run to post office with packages for Christmas mailing – mandatory less than 10 minutes due to closing at noon (made it)

    Walk back

2.5 hours of snow shoveling and didn’t even make it to the main drive (even after the 4 teenagers joined in)

Travel back to DC is questionable at this point. However, I hope to make it this week. If not, best wishes to all for a happy holiday.

    Amy
