      Found myself raising my butt then back on the way up after I started with 125 on the front squat. Gunna get rid of that habit.

    Hi All,

    Long time no see, but I’ve been following MPH so keep up the good work! Let me just say that Turkish get-ups are not as easy as they look…

    I wanted to let the coaches know that I received my Crossfit MPH shirt today, and it is awesome! I am very thankful and am now proudly wearing it. I look forward to dropping by to train with y’all again someday later this spring; it’s official, I have orders to report in Quantico, VA on 30 March, so look out for me after then.

    Train hard everyone, Crossfit MPH is the place to be.
