    The last two sets were hard, but the Rgyptian Fitness Center had “Bang Your Head” by Quiet Riot playing really loud in the background and I couldn’t let the call go unanswered. Also, my warmup routine impressed one of the ripped but- not-my-type locals, and he asked if my coaches could come give a seminar on proper lifting technique. So guys, if you’re ever in southern Illinois, I’ve got you a sweeter than sweet gig.
