    The sugar list in the “Paleo sugar?” link is really useful. I had a list going in my head, which I would summon up at the grocery store, but I now see that it was far from complete. I thought stevia was an herb, for example (maybe I’m linking to the hallucinogen salvia?), and I am now surprised to find that it’s an artificial sweetener. And that list of sugar-hols is also enlightening. It’s really maddening how packaged food is essentially designed to kill you (or at least wreck your Fran time).
