    3x max handstand pushups
    21-12-10 (sub: pike press on 30″ box)

    then, 20 minute AMRAP of:
    9 pull-ups
    12 push-press at 75lbs
    50m farmer’s walk with 35lb dumbbells

    Completed 5 rounds + 10 push

    100x sit-up
    100x squat

    sub assisted strict pull-ups on rings; 30 minute time limit
    DNF (72/100 squats)

    The pushups really hurt me on this one. Clearly, we have identified yet another area of weakness.

    done on Sunday in RI in the woods behind an old monastery. there is a trail with a random chinup bar there. who knew?
