    It’s tough to do workouts like this for time, because I adjust my assistance on the pull-ups (read: how much my feet push) so that I can only do 2-3 at a time. That’s an automatic time-killer. There is a built-in rest of at least several seconds between each set of 3; over 15 sets of three, it adds up. Plus, my strict pull-ups kind of suck right now.

    Thrusters were unbroken until the last round, which was 8-7-6.
