Not really “for time” but 5k run
~25 minutes
Timing was perfect for this wod. 5k plus 5000 vertical feet (30 inches of snow) 3:35.00. Ride down was spectacular.
“Tabata core”, 105 sit-ups + 103 back extensions.
Yesterday, 16 miles on pavement in 1:54:28 (7:09 pace). Legs were not fresh and crossed half-marathon distance in about 1:32:55 before pit stop knocked off my rhythm for last few miles. Conclusion: pavement is faster than trail by more than I thought, and maybe I can realistically shoot for a more aggressive race pace (BQ?!?).
5k row. 21:37.
