    Ode to progress. The first time I did this workout I was three weeks out of elements, scaled all over the place, and still couldn’t complete the workout. Today I completed the workout in under ten minutes with only minor scaling. And, I’m pretty sure I would have finished in-time without scaling. I’m stronger, faster, and healthier than I’ve been in 10 years. Thank you John, Mel, BK, and the rest of the MPH community. There’s no way I would have done this on my own.

        Thanks Dave. I need to amend my statement… I am faster and healthier than I’ve been in 10 years but I’ve NEVER been stronger. Crossfit is awesome, specifically Crossfit MPH.
