      15 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls – Kettlebell
      10 Reverse Lunges – Dumbbell (each step)
      5 Ring Push-Ups
      10 Forward Lunges
      15 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls
      20 Wall Ball Shots (20lbs/14lbs)
      – Rest up to 1 minute between rounds

      27:17 (35 lb kb, 20 lb dbs, ring push-ups on knees)
