It’s almost time—start getting excited for Christy P. and Melody for next weekend’s event, the 2013 Reebok Mid-Atlantic CrossFit Regional Final!

From Friday, June 7 through Sunday, June 9, our athletes will tackle seven events as they vie for one of three spots to this year’s Reebok CrossFit Games Final in Los Angeles, CA. Our region includes athletes from Pennsylvania, Maryland, Washington D.C., West Virginia, Virginia and North Carolina.

Please plan to make the short drive and spend part of the weekend with the MPH crew! Tickets are available here.
