then, as many repetitions as possible in seven minutes:
3x wall ball @ 20/14-lbs., 10-ft. target
3x box jump, 24/20″ platform
1x squat clean @ 185/125-lbs.
6x wall ball
6x box jump
2x squat clean
9x wall ball
9x box jump
3x squat clean…

This is a timed workout. If you complete the round of nine, go on to 12. If you complete the round of 12, go on to 15, etc.
