CrossFit MPH – WOD

In Gym

every minute, on-the-minute, for 8 minutes: odd minutes: 2x overhead squat even minutes: 2x thruster *Bar is pulled from the rack. then, "Burpee Lullaby" two rounds for time*: 25x thruster @ 95/65-lbs. 25x overhead squat *At the start of each minute, four burpees must be completed before moving to the barbell. *Bar is pulled from the floor.
