CrossFit MPH – WOD

In Gym

Open Workout 23.2 as many repetitions as possible in 15 minutes: 5x burpee pull-up 10x shuttle run (1 rep = 50 ft.) - Add 5 burpee pull-ups after each round. With no rest, proceed into: five minutes to establish a 1-rep-max thruster from the floor.
