every minute, on-the-minute, for 10 minutes: 2x hang power snatch + 1x overhead squat, 3-second pause at bottom then, as many rounds as possible in 9 minutes: 3, 6, 9, 12, 15... hang power snatch @ 95/65-lbs. 30x double under
