in teams of two, for time: 30x bench press @ 205/135-lbs. 2 minutes max double under 10x synchro burpee 30x bench press @ 185/125-lbs. 2 minutes max double under 10x synchro burpee 30x bench press @ 155/105-lbs. 2 minutes max double under 10x synchro burpee *One athlete works at a time on BOTH the bench press and the double unders. Both athletes work at the same time on the synchro burpees.
