Workout Legend
- TT = Time trial, all-out effort
- ET = Effort trial, all-out effort
- Tempo = Reduced but consistent pace for time or distance; 100 percent describes an all-out effort, and tempo work is always between 85 and 95 percent effort
- RPE = Rate of perceived exertion (see RPE scale)
- SC = Short course (less than 90 minutes)
- LC = Long course (90 minutes to four hours)
- U = Ultra distance (greater than four hours)
