300x pull-up
400x pushup
500x sit-up
600x squat

Complete in teams of three or four athletes. Do not partition the movements. Complete all pull-ups before moving to the pushups. Complete all pushups before moving to the sit-ups. Complete all sit-ups before moving to the squats. Only two people may be moving at a time.
