Getting Started at MPH

Our On Ramp program is how most people without previous CrossFit experience begin at our gym.

On Ramp includes:

Two to four discounted personal training sessions that are tailored to your individual level. Each session includes a warm-up and plenty of teaching of CrossFit fundamentals. 

You will learn:

  • Squats, presses, deadlifts.
  • Olympic lifts: clean & jerk, snatch.
  • Gymnastic movements (pushups, pull-ups, ring work, rope climbs).
  • Rowing,  jump rope, box jumps.

Two weeks of unlimited classes at the completion of the one-on-one sessions!
