If you would like to attend the second annual MPHoliday Riot next Friday, December 10 from 7p-?, please RSVP via MINDBODY no later than tonight at 5p. Don’t forget: the food is covered, but it’s bring-your-own-drink. We hope to see you there!

Registration begins now in MINDBODY for our Running Team, and our Barbell: Weightlifting and Powerlifting Team, which will launch the week of January 3, 2011!

Registration is capped at 15 athletes per program for the first quarter of 2011 (January 3 through March 31), and we will accept waitlist submissions via email on a first-come, first serve basis. If a team’s limit is not met, we will reopen registration before the beginning of the next month as necessary. Otherwise, beginning April 1, we will accept three new athletes into each program every month thereafter.
