In my highly non-scientific experiment, which involved living in Greece for about three months and eating whatever looked good (a LOT! i ate like a pig…), i found that i did indeed lose significant weight, and also “felt” a lot better too.
Too bad i didn’t think to do a before/after lipids assay.
Clearly, the Med-style diet is the way to go, of the three. It’s tastier, too.
