In the summer of 2008, we decided to both improve the quality of our training and join the digital world by designing and creating this website. We hoped to develop a tool to further your physical and nutritional education, and at the very least, provide a place where your schedule was always available. Concerning the latter, our efforts have been rewarded—scheduling is easier and more efficient, which translates into more sessions attended, and ultimately, more progress made.
Some of you have greatly benefited from our workout postings here—names like Kris C., Ted K., David O., Jeff W., and Mike S. pop up frequently. These folks understand the benefit of intensity in their training, and we are especially proud of them. In addition, our clients that remain consistent, motivated and punctual to our training sessions continually remind us of why we started this website, why we decided to join forces, and why we became coaches in the first place. We cannot thank you enough for all of your hard work this past year.
For those of you who have not utilized all of the resources on the website, or who have been less than consistent with your nutrition, training sessions or training on your own, the questions that you need to ask yourselves are these: what aspect of your life needs to change so that you will have the mobility and energy to take care of yourself? What is superfluous in your life that you can eliminate? What is holding you back? Possessions that no longer mean anything to you, destructive relationships, stagnation of any sort? Even if you are “doing well,” what can you do to make things run smoother, to do better and to be more successful? Resolve this year to clean out your life, make decisions that revitalize you, and start anew. Come in every day—on time—with a good attitude and a willingness to learn, and we will help you realize your athletic potential.
To a GREAT 2009!
Post thoughts and resolutions to comments.
