With a continuously running clock complete one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute, etc.—continuing as long as you are able.

Use as many sets each minute as needed.

This workout is scored by both the number of minutes and total pull-ups completed.

  1. Total minutes – 10, total pull-ups completed 53.

Kipped. Started breaking into sets in the 7th minute. Completed 9 pull-ups in 9th minute, could only squeeze out 8 1/2 in 10th minute. Could have used some chalk; will hunt it down next time.

  4. 9 minutes – 41 pullups total on the gravitron with 50 lbs assistance. I’ve been working on these on my own and have recently gone down to 50 from 60. This workout was harder than I anticipated…. but nice and short!
