Regardless of the latest onslaught of ridiculousness, it should be clear enough that the U.S. Department of Agriculture, Corn Refiners Association, and the food industry in general, do not have your best interests in mind. It’s no wonder proper nutrition is more difficult a marker to achieve than anything else in the health and fitness game. Constant bombardment with false advertising, sensationalized and propagandist media, and improper, un-researched, and incorrect advice from “fitness experts,” has warped our conception of health, exercise and nutrition. Incidentally, high fructose corn syrup is really bad for you. Just ask the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition.

On another note, we thoroughly enjoyed the first week of our new training format. We saw more camaraderie, community, interaction, friendly competition, and energy!
