Out of town – hotel gym has none of the equipment required. Performed first “gymless workout” in hotel room at noon: 75x pushups, 75 x situps, 75x squat, 75x mountain climbers for time. Broke into 5 x 15 sets of each. Mountain climbers were hardest, and aside from one set of pushups, only exercise I could not perform without breaking further down into subsets (is the mountain climber count “1,2,3,1, 1,2,3,2, 1,2,3,3 etc.? that’s what I did)
