I did all 120 pull-ups in 22:47. I did my best to kip through half, but it deteriorated into jumping pull-ups. Jeff W.

19:54 (yes I finally bought a stopwatch). I did them on the gravitron with 60lbs of assistance. Lisa

19:51 gravitron (because the downstairs was really crowded last night!) 60 lbs assistance

I work on pull ups almost everytime I come to the gym and I am able to do sets of 3 at 50lbs assistance but I didn’t feel it would be possible for me to do 120 at that level.

Since I was unable to work out on Saturday, I substituted Saturday’s workout for Monday’s workout. The 120 pull ups had me too intimidated. Congratulations to all who did it!!
