    As RX’d, four rounds plus 21 situps. It was a challenge – my hands are still raw and sore from pull-ups yesterday, it made pulling on the rower and lunging with 50# hard. The 50# was hard to do – I broke the lunges up 6/6; 7/5/2; 5/5/2; and 7/3/2.

    25-lb. dbs, sub 1/4 mile run for row machine since I did this one at work.

    4 rounds + 11x sit ups, ran at 7mph entire time
