    Let me elaborate briefly here, team. The squat is to be performed with one, 20-lb. dumbbell. You may hold this dumbbell however you would like, as long as basic squat criteria are met.

    There’s a new pull-up bar downstairs now. We brought down the power tower from the top level. Now you tall fellows should have a nice time kipping from here on out.
