    I should probably know this, but what’s a strict press vs. the push press? Does that just mean from the straight position (no knee bend)? That would be my guess, but I want to make sure. Yes, John, I’m actually on the site and planning to do the workout this evening!

    Jenn,

    Warm-up with 45-lbs. and begin to count work sets when it gets heavy. This point will likely be around 55-65-lbs. for you.
