    I don’t think I was doing this right – not too sure what a “snatch” is even after reading the description. I started with 35 lbs, but moved to 30 lbs for the 2nd set. Also, I wasn’t sure, but assumed we were supposed to switch arms halfway through. Total time doing my version of this: 11:13
