    I was enjoying a pleasant vacation in NYC and silly me I decided to check the blog. John, after reading this I could no longer justify my four-day ‘break’ from workouts. So… I did 400 lunges up and down a ghetto Brooklyn block in 30 degree weather not including wind chill. And now I get to walk around the city all day and hold people up on the stairs in the subway because my legs are about to give. That was for you guys… 🙂

    Oh and for the record, my time was 19:01 which I think is a PR for this workout….
